AN UPDATE FOR YOU MY VALUED CUSTOMERS:

As some of you may know in May I had some medical troubles and ended up having some emergency surgery on Friday May 29th. After a couple weeks of rest and recovery it was determined that that surgery was not a success unfortunately. I had a CAT scan the other day and more blood work and the surgeon and I met Friday this last week. Now I have another surgery scheduled for Wednesday the 17th of June, after that I will again have 2 to 4 weeks of rest and recovery time.

This has been a very challenging time for me and my family however I do look forward to making a full recovery and being back to work as soon as possible.

I understand there are some of you who have incompleted repairs and for that I sincerely apologize all I can tell you is that this was not planned and that I have to focus on my health.

If you had an appointment scheduled by Whirlpool you will need to contact them as they are also aware of my situation and will be dispatching those appointments to another servicer for the time being.

Unfortunately this is all happening during Covid-19 which has already affected our ability to perform timely service.

Your patience and your understanding is greatly appreciated and once again I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
